![]() ![]() You have to tell the app what your SoC was when you started charging. The app is never correct on how much charge my Bolt has or how long it will take to complete charging I replied to the email explaining I could give no positive reviews due to my previous experience and reiterated that I had received 30+ offline and 15+ online notifications in the prior 48 hours with clear issues in the generation of these notifications by the time stamps and received zero reply. They said they were working on it and I never heard anything more.Ībout 6 months later I received an email from emotorwerks asking for positive reviews on other sites. I pointed out these notifications are the third bullet point of the extra features on their own website so telling me to turn them off was a joke. I was told to disable the notifications as most home owners don't use them. How can it go offline again if it never came back online? Or the blue light being solid indicating it is connected but still being "offline" while the total amps on the juicenet page was actively updating and accurate. I would get back to back offlines or onlines with non of the opposing in between. I had complained of the offline online notifications not happening in pairs as they should. Instead the notifications were disabled by emotorwerks staff the last time I complained about the issues I've been having with these notifications and I didn't notice until today. If I had received a notification I would have been able to fix it and would have been fine. I woke up to the vehicle having only charged to ~55% and the app saying that charger had been offline since about 30 minutes before I went to bed. So these offline notifications are important as my Bolt won't have enough range to get me to work and back if it only gets 4amps. Each is limited to 4amps UNTIL they receive commands from the juicenet server to ramp up. I use two Juicebox 40 Pro's on a single 50 amp breaker in a load sharing setup. The extra features of the pro, like offline notifications, are unreliable and basically unsupported by emotorwerks. I find the logs somewhat useful when something unexpected happens. No level 2 that I know of would be any better at this though.īut I agree it's limited in use. ![]() You can manually set the level of charger when plugging in so the estimate will be more correct. ![]()
